Building records begin with the City of Calgary's open data — addresses, construction periods, permit history — and are layered with public developer coverage, corporate registry filings, MLS-adjacent public listings and site-visit notes. Every record is reviewed by a human before publication.

Fact states

Facts are labelled as Verified when confirmed against an authoritative document, Reported when supported by public developer or news coverage, and Varies by unit when the correct answer depends on the specific title.

What we don't publish

We don't publish private CREB fields, sold prices, MLS remarks, unit numbers, personal identifiers, or fabricated ratings and reviews. When a fact should be governed by the corporation's own records — parking title, post-tension slab systems, reserve-fund history — we say so plainly.

Corrections

Building owners, managers and residents are welcome to send factual corrections and updated amenity details. Every message reaches an editorial researcher.
